Crowns are an ideal restoration for teeth that have been broken, or have been weakened by decary or a very large filling. Crowns can be made of a variety of different materials.

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root made form titanium that is implanted into the jawbone in place of a missing tooth, and supported by a crown (prosthetic tooth). Multiple implants may require a bridge dependant upon the position of the missing teeth. They can last a lifetime and are manufactured to look, feel and perform the same as a natural tooth would. Having an implant fitted can help prevent bone decompression after tooth extraction and can also prevent aesthetic failure of the face. Generally 2 visits are required for implantation with approximately 3-6 months in between visits.

Home bleaching – Impressions are taken by the dentist and trays are made to hold the bleach around the teeth. The patient can wear the trays with the bleach at home for their own convenience.
