The Gloria Palace San Agustin is a 4 star hotel which is situated in one of the quietest and least built up areas of the island. Although quiet it still has a range of shops, restaurants and a casino in the area. There are 2 local beaches suitable for swimming all year round. The hotel itself has an extensive spa & thalassotherapy centre covering an area of 6,000 square metres. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2007 and has a friendly atmosphere of a family run business. There are a range or rooms from standard to suites, all of which have a sea view. There is a buffet restaurant that caters for all nationalities as well as an a la carte restaurant ‘La Gorbea’ which is on the ninth floor of the hotel and has panoramic views of the island.

The Gloria Palace Amadores is located in the up and coming resort of Amadores just 1km away from the chique resort Puerto Rico . There are 2 contrasting beaches nearby, one with white sand and crystal waters whilst the other has a range of water sports to offer. The hotel itself was built in 2004 and is set into the hilltop with dramatic ocean views, and boasts one of the best equipped thalassotherapy centres in Europe .
